Do you need to pay shipping fee when ordering from Angelcigs?
As of September 3, 2014 Angelcigs will no longer be offering free shipping for orders over 15$, prices have been lowered across all products to balance out the cost difference, The fee for shipping will be based on weight for a first class package.
How is Angelcigs shipping fee calculated?
Shipping fee depends on the total weight of the orders.
If the order is 84g or less, we'll fixedly charge 4.5 USD.
If the order is over 84g, we'll charge 0.7 USD per 28g for the excess portion.
For example, if total weight of your order is 108g, we'll charge 4.5+0.7=5.2 USD.
1. Can I cancel my order?
(A): If your order has not been shipped out , please contact Angelcigs CS for a refund by using the order number given on purchase and your Paypal transaction ID.
(B): If your order already been shipped out, you can refuse it or return it in its original condition (unused and unopened) to us postmarked within 7 calendar days of delivery(but you have to contact us within 24 hours upon you received).In that case we will refund you the payment excluding actual fees already incurred.
Returns and Replacements Policy
Defective products may be exchanged for the same or equivalent products.the option of a substitution or credit will be presented to you by email.If not otherwise stated, we accept returns for defective items within thirty (30) days of the invoice date.
We make every effort to minimize the processing time for your replacement (or credit). Returns are typically processed the day they are received.When returning defective items, please include a copy of the invoice on which the item was purchased, highlight the item being returned.
Attention: Please inspect your package once you receive it. In the rare case that there are damaged items, missing items or incorrect items in your package,we require you to contact us within 24 hours after receiving package. If no attempt to contact us via e-mail, or Facebook is made regarding the damaged / missing items within 24 hours, all items are deemed correct and received.
We do not accept returns if a product is not defective, unless it is a mistaken order. (ie. not all atomizers will sit flush on all mods, this is not a defect)
Pls email us at email@example.com to request replacements, order number, defect item name, problem description, problem pictures and video(some problems can not show up by picture) will be required in email.
Exchanges will not be accepted if you have already tampered with and opened/used the product, and will be issued 2-3 business days upon arrival of the returned new product.
Refunds should not include order shipping cost since it is costed to ship out your order.
