Problem Resolving Process

Once you report a problem of quality, we will requet video or pictures to show the problem, to accelerate the after sales efficient, you can attach video or pictures at your first email of report the problem.

1. Tank defects

  • If you get a tank defect, you can change a new coil to test if this tank works. If change a coil then problem solved, your problem is the coil heads. Pls take a  video to report us your problem, the video need show your tank not works with the original coil heads and works with a new coil heads, as well as your retail box S/N code picture, so we can send you a new coil heads immediately
  • if you get a tank defect, and you changed new coil head still not work. pls send us a video and S/N code picture. the video need show us your tank is not works in a mod and another tank is work in this mod, so we can send you a new tank immediately.
2. Mod defects
  • if you get a mod cant get turn on. pls send us a video and S/N code picture. the video need show us your battery is works in other mod and not works in this mod. so we can send youa  new mod.
  • if you get a mod can turn on but just cant get fire on. pls send us a video and S/N code picture. the video need show us a tank is works on other mod and not works in this mod.
3. RDA defects
  • if you get a RDA defect, pls send a video and a S/N code picture to us(if there is). The video need show us the RDA not works in this mod and other tank or rda works in this mod.

Product Warranty (faulty / defective over normal use)

Unless otherwise noted on the product page, product warranty is 1 months counted from the date of shipment.
  • A.Within 1 months from shipment:(not valid for rule B)
    Upon returning, defective items are replaced and shipped back to customers for free. Return shipping reimbursement is $20 or 50% of the item's price, whichever is lower. (Products broken after 7 days unpon order delivered, refund is not accept)

  • B.Some special Branded products:
    Some brands products has its own after sales service center in USA, if customer get quality issue with this kind of products within 1 month, you can contact us to get the contact of those brand after sales center to process the problem, Angelcigs not cover any cost for it.

  • C. Afterwards:
    Customers may still send defective items back to AngelCigs. AngelCigs passes those items back to their manufactures and helps coordinating the repair. Customers are responsible for shipping charges both ways.

    Depending on the problem, fees may be assessed by the manufacturers. AngelCigs will contact customers before committing the repairs.



Incorrect Description / Wrong Items Mailed

AngelCigs will exchange the item or fully refund you. Contact us and then ship the products back via the least expensive method, and AngelCigs covers all return shipping charges.

Due to restrictions imposed by PayPal, AngelCigs is unable to issue refunds 60 days after payments. In such cases, store credits of equivalent value are issued in place of refunds. 
Payments made through PayPal (or your credit card)
  • Within 60 days of payment: we can refund either to your PayPal/credit card account or, issue you a gift certificate (also known as store credit).
  • After 60 days: refunds are sent as gift certificates.
Note: the 60 days rule is imposed by PayPal.


An item not as described is defined as either a significant specification is different or the appearance of the primary product is significantly different, compared to those listed on the product page before ordering.
